What is so good about Good Friday?

Our Good Friday service is a time of prayers, songs, and readings that invite us to remember the crucifixion of Jesus and to ponder the meaning of his death.

We gather around the cross where Jesus willingly laid down his life for us. Imagine that. He took our sins, our brokenness, our woundedness, our pain and suffering upon himself. There is no greater love. And there is healing in his wounds.
